- Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- dried Apricot (25 per g)
- dried Cranberry (25 per g)
- 30 grams old-fashioned Oats
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp honey
- 25 grams finely-ground Oats

Preparation steps
1.
Dry toast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan until golden brown and fragrant. Chop the apricots and cranberries. Mix the sunflower seeds, apricots and cranberries with the oats.
2.
Beat the butter and egg in a bowl until fluffy. Stir in the honey and then the ground oats and flour. Fold in the oat mixture until just combined.
3.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of cookie dough on the prepared pan, leaving room for spreading. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) until golden brown, around 12 minutes.
