Preparation steps

1.

Cook the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard. Chill in cold water, then peel and halve.

Cut the bacon into thin slices. Cut the cheese into slices, then cut into 4-5 mm (approximately 1/8-inch) thick slices. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores and cut into wedges. Drain the pickles and cut into a fan shape. Peel and grate the horseradish. Arrange the bacon, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, eggs and smoked sausage on 4 wooden boards.

Serve garnished with parsley, horseradish and freshly ground pepper and complement with farmhouse bread.
