- 0.333 cup dried Apricot (chopped)
- 1 Apple (grated)
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free Muesli
- ⅔ cup Apple juice
- 1 Tbsp butter
- To decorate
- ghost shaped Meringue
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 7" square baking tin.
2.
Mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
3.
Press into the tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and firm.
4.
Mark into pieces and cool completely in the tin.
5.
Cut into pieces and decorate with meringue ghosts.
