4 Tbsps cream cheese
1 cup Chives (chopped)
2 Lettuce (cut into strips)
2 Tomatoes (sliced)
cup Cucumber (sliced)
12 slices Bacon
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.
Toast the bread in a toaster and leave to cool.
2.
Mix together the cream cheese and chives and season with salt and ground black pepper. Spread onto the toasted bread.
3.
Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber on the bread.
4.
Fry the bacon in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until crispy. Dry on kitchen paper and arrange on top of the salad on the bread.
5.
Cover with the top slice of bread, cut in half diagonally, fix with a toothpick and serve.
