1 bunch Cress
2 Tbsps Ajvar
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
½ Cucumber
1 Red onion
100 grams Emmentaler cheese (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Halve avocados, remove pits, peel and dice.

2.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Trim cress.

3.

Rinse cucumber and slice lengthwise with a peeler or cut with a sharp knife into strips.

4.

Peel onion and cut into strips.

5.

Slice Emmentaler into strips.

6.

Mix ajvar with creme fraiche and season heavily with salt and cayenne pepper.

7.

Warm tortillas according to package directions, then spread with the seasoned creme fraiche. Arrange remaining ingredients on tortillas, roll tightly, cut in half and serve.
