- 4 flour Tortillas
- ½ round Lettuce (leaves separated)
- 1 ¼ cups canned, white Crabmeat (drained and flaked)
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- paprika
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika and seasoning. Fold in the crab meat, mixing well to incorporate.

Lay the tortilla wraps on a flat surface and arrange an even layer of lettuce leaves on them. Spread the

crab and mayonnaise mixture evenly on top.

Fold the ends in on top of the crab and mayonnaise and roll the wraps into cylinders.

Cut in half and wrap together in twos in a serviette before serving.
