- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and finely minced)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 rotisserie chicken skin and bones discarded; meat shredded into bite-sized pieces (about 500 g | 3 cups)
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 Tbsps toasted Pine nuts (optional)
- 4 whole-grain Tortillas (10-inch)
Preparation steps

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic. Whisk in the olive oil slowly in a steady stream until thoroughly incorporated.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken, pine nuts and lettuce with the dressing. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas or wraps. Sprinkle with toasted pine nuts if using. Roll, slice in half diagonally and secure with a toothpick, if desired. Serve.
