- 8 ripe Avocados
- 200 grams button Mushroom
- 1 small Cucumber (or zucchini, 250 grams)
- 2 scallions
- juice of lemons
- sugar (1 pinch)
- salt (1 pinch)
- white peppers
- 5 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 300 grams Deep sea crab

Preparation steps
1.
Chill avocados. Wipe mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Peel and dice cucumber (if using zucchini, do not peel). Cut scallions crosswise into rings.
2.
Make dressing: Mix lemon juice with sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in oil. Mix dressing with salad ingredients and crab. Halve avocados and remove pits. Fill avocados with crab salad and serve.
