1 garlic clove
200 milliliters Buttermilk
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and halve the avocado. Remove the seed and cut the pulp into pieces. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and remove the leaves from the stems. 

2.

Peel the garlic. Puree the garlic, avocado, herbs, and buttermilk in a blender. 

3.

If the dressing is too thick, thin with a little water. Season to taste with lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper.
