For the salad
1 small head Frisée
100 grams Corn kernel
2 Tomatoes
1 bunch Chives
For the dressing
¼ l Vegetable broth
1 ripe Avocado
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps chopped Dill
2 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse the lettuce, trim, shake dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Place in a serving bowl along with the corn. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into eighths and place in the salad bowl. Rinse the chives, cut into small rings and sprinkle over the salad.

For the dressing: Cut the avocado in half, pit and peel. Purée the flesh with the vegetable stock, peeled and smashed garlic, lemon juice and dill. Add the warm cream. Drizzle over the salad to serve.
