Preparation steps

1.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit and remove the flesh from the shell. 

2.

Rinse the lemon in hot water, pat dry, remove the peel, zest and squeeze the juice.

3.

Cube the avocado flesh and puree with the lemon juice, buttermilk, sour cream and sunflower seeds. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Pour into 4 glasses. Serve decorated with lemon zest.
