150 milliliters Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop the kiwis. Place on a flat dish and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and puree in the blender with the buttermilk. Sweeten to taste with the maple syrup.

Pour into glasses and serve.
