1 kilogram white Asparagus
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 small red onion
2 tablespoons White vinegar
1 pinch sugar
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons Corn oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Peel asparagus thoroughly, trim the ends and cook in salted boiling water with the butter for about 18 minutes.

2.

Peel and dice the onion. Combine the vinegar with sugar, water, oil, parsley and onion. Season with salt and pepper. 

3.

Drain the asparagus. Serve drizzled with vinaigrette.
