- 1 garlic clove
- 2 fresh red chili peppers
- 200 milliliters water
- 50 milliliters mild Red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Preparation steps

Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds, and finely dice.

Peel and finely dice the garlic.
3.
Rinse the chilies (you can remove the seeds from the chilis for a milder sauce), and finely dice. Add the peppers, garlic, and chili to a small pot. Add 200 ml (approximately 7 ounces) of water, the vinegar, lime juice, and sugar. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
