- 600 grams Tomatoes
- 3 sticks Celery
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Sage
- 2 (dried) chili peppers
- 20 grams (green, pitted) Olives

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tomatoes, and cube. Rinse celery and cut into thin slices.
2.
Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Bake drumsticks in olive oil on medium heat and take out again. Fry onion, garlic and celery in oil. Add cut sage leaves into strips. Crush chillies in a mortar and mix with the tomatoes and olives.
4.
Add salt, simmer chicken legs and add all other ingredients, cover over low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve on preheated serving plate.
