- 200 grams Arugula
- 500 grams Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons light Balsamic vinegar
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 200 grams Emmentaler cheese
Rinse the arugula and spin dry.
Rinse the strawberries and cut in half. Mix the vinegar with the pepper and oil and marinate the strawberries. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Cut the cheese into strips. Toss the arugula with the strawberries and cheese. Serve with the strawberry marinade as a dressing.
