Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the spinach and arugula, trim and tear into small pieces. Rinse the strawberries, drain well, trim and halve or quarter depending on size.

2.

Mix the balsamic vinegar with sugar and oil and season with salt. Place the spinach and arugula onto plates, sprinkle with strawberries and drizzle with the dressing. Serve with grated Parmesan.
