2 large onions
1 soy sauce
l Beef broth

Preparation steps

Season pork with salt and pepper and bake in a roasting pan in the preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) for 1/2 hour, turn and then cook for another 1 hour. Baste with roasting juices again and again during the cooking time. Meanwhile, peel apples and onion. Remove apple core and cut into thick slices.

Cut onions into thin rings. Remove roast pork from the roasting dish and keep warm. In the roasting dish, sauté apples with onions, pour in honey and soy sauce and fry until liquids are slightly reduced. Serve sliced pork on a plate with apple mixture.
