2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 sprig rosemary
2 bay leaves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse meat, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and cumin powder. Heat butter in a roasting pan and sear meat on all sides. Add broth and roast in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 50-60 minutes. Baste meat with cooking juices occasionally.

Rinse and dry apples, quarter and core, cut into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice. Rinse rosemary, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Add apples, rosemary and bay leaves to the pan and roast for 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
