- 750 grams Carrots
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 2 teaspoons Hazelnut oil
- 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
- 3 tart Apples (such as Boskoop)
Peel the carrots and grate finely on a grater or food processor. Mix the grated carrots with lemon juice and hazelnut oil.
Peel the apples, halve and remove the seeds. Dice the apples finely and mix with the grated carrots. Let marinate covered for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Season with a little lemon juice to taste and serve.
