It is easy to make a carrot salad with apple from the raw vegetables. For this, add a cup of yoghurt to the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and some chopped parsley. A wholemeal bread with butter is suitable.

Preparation steps

Peel the carrots and grate finely on a grater or food processor. Mix the grated carrots with lemon juice and hazelnut oil.

2.

Peel the apples, halve and remove the seeds. Dice the apples finely and mix with the grated carrots. Let marinate covered for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Season with a little lemon juice to taste and serve.
