- 1 kilogram Zucchini
- 5 red Apple (such as Braeburn)
- 150 milliliters Coffee creamer
- 2 eggs
- salt
- peppers
- 2 heaping tsps marjoram
- 50 grams Parmesan
- butter (for the pan)
- Fresh herbs (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Rinse and dry zucchini, cut into 2 mm thick slices (approximately 0.1 inch). Rinse apples in hot water,pat dry and halve. Core and cut into slices.

Arrange zucchini and apple slices in alternating layers in a buttered ovenproof dish. Whisk coffee cream with beaten egg, season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Pour over zucchini and apples. Grate cheese coarsely and sprinkle over the dish. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
