Preparation steps

Rinse the zucchini and chop into small pieces. Pour the oil into a hot frying pan and saute the zucchini. Rinse the mint, pluck the leaves and add to the zucchini. Sprinkle everything with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the blender and add the buttermilk. Puree and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
