- 50 grams Pistachio
- 50 grams Pomegranate seed
- 2 Tbsps golden raisin
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (10% fat content)
- 1 pinch crushed Cardamom
- 1 generous pinch ground Cumin
- 1 generous pinch Chili powder

Preparation steps

Roughly chop the pistachios and combine with the pomegranate seeds. Soak the raisins in about 50 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of boiling water for about 30 minutes, until plump. Drain, pat dry and finely chop.

Rinse the cilantro, pat dry, remove the leaves and chop coarsely. Mix the yogurt with the pistachios, pomegranate seeds, raisins and cilantro. Season with cardamom, cumin and chili powder. Transfer to a chilled bowl and serve.
