2 fresh, ripe Pineapple
12 Tbsps Instant oatmeal (heaped, other cereals if desired )
4 Tbsps Pine nuts
4 Tbsps Sunflower seed
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed
800 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (as desired, skim or cream yogurt)
2 Tbsps honey
2 tsps cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pineapples, peel thoroughly with a sharp knife and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the stalk and cut the flesh into 0.5 - 1 cm thick slices (approximately 1/2 inch), collecting the escaping juice. Set 12 slices aside and chop the rest into cubes.

Distribute the pineapple cubes with the oatmeal in 4 bowls and drizzle with the pineapple juice.

Mix the seeds together and scatter half over the oatmeal mixture.

Mix the yogurt with the honey until smooth and pour over the oat mixture.

5.

Garnish the muesli with pineapple slices and the remaining seeds and serve dusted with cinnamon.
