Preparation steps

1.

Soak raisins in orange juice. Toast oatmeal and almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until they are golden brown and smell fragrant, then sprinkle with sugar and caramelize.

Rinse berries, trim, remove stems and chop if needed. Mix yogurt and milk, mix in berries, raisins, orange juice and the toasted oatmeal-almond mixture. Distribute into two bowls and serve.
