- 600 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 organic lemon (juiced and zested)
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 500 grams fresh Raspberries
- 5 Tbsps Muesli (your choice, such as oat muesli)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix yogurt with the lemon zest and 2 tablespoons honey. Sort the raspberries and mash about half of them fine with the remaining honey and lemon juice.
2.
Press berries through a sieve and serve alternately layered in glasses with the remaining raspberries, yogurt and muesli.
