Preparation steps

1.

Peel the mandarin oranges, then finely dice. Collect any juice created during this process. 

2.

Mix the yogurt with the mandarin orange juice and the oil. Add the curry powder, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold the mandarin orange pieces into the yogurt mixture. This dressing goes well with raw vegetables, salads, fish, or poultry.
