- 150 milliliters vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 organic lemon (juiced and zested)
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

Beat the yolks, mustard, and lemon juice. Season with some salt and pepper. Gradually incorporate the oil, starting with a few drops. Increase to a thin stream and whisk until a thick mayonnaise has formed.

Mix in the yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sour cream. Season to taste and serve.
