100 grams Whipped cream
100 grams sugar
450 grams Strawberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
mint

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt with 50 grams of sugar. Whisk cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt.

2.

Rinse the strawberries. Set 6 aside for garnish. Remove stems from the rest.

3.

Cut the other strawberries into small pieces and boil with 1 cup water, lemon juice and the remaining sugar for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Then puree.

4.

Pour strawberry puree and yogurt in glasses. Garnish with the strawberries that were set aside and mint leaves.
