- 400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 60 grams sugar
- 5 sheets white gelatin
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- 150 grams Whipped cream
- 200 grams mixed Fruit (strawberries, peaches, figs, pineapples wedges, nectarines) (as desired)
- 150 grams Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Ladyfinger
- fresh mint

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries and cut into small pieces, then boil with the sugar and a little water and cook until softened. Mash and pass through a sieve, if desired. Rinse, trim and chop the fruit.

Mix the yogurt with sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze and dissolve in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix with some of the yogurt mixture, then stir into the remaining yogurt. Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel. Beat the cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt mixture.

Layer the cream alternately with the fruit in dessert glasses and spread the strawberry sauce on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve garnished with mint and serve with ladyfingers.
