- 1 Cucumber (grated)
- 1 ½ cups plain Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp chopped mint
- ½ Tbsp chopped Dill (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely grated)
- toasted Pita bread
Preparation steps
1.
Put the grated cucumber in a tea towel and squeeze out the excess liquid.
2.
Combine the drained cucumber with the yoghurt, lemon juice, mint, dill and garlic and put into a serving bowl.
3.
Cut the toasted pita into small pieces and serve with the dip.
