1 bunch Wild garlic
2 garlic cloves
½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic, remove the stems, and pat dry. Finely chop.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

3.

Rinse and dry the chives, then thinly slice.

Add the garlic and 1/4 of the wild garlic with a little salt into a mortar. Coarsely grind into a fine paste. Mix into the softened butter with the remaining wild garlic and chives. Season to taste with salt and transfer to a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
