- 200 grams shrimp (shrimp)
- 150 grams wide Japanese Rice noodles
- 1 Star fruit
- 1 small Cucumber
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
2.
Rinse star fruit and cut into thin slices.
3.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds with a small spoon, cut into approximately 8 cm (approximately 3 inch) long pieces and cut into thin strips (julienne).
4.
Rinse chile pepper, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes.
5.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet.
6.
Mix vinegar in a bowl with salt, pepper, sesame seeds and chile pepper. Stir in oil to taste.
7.
Mix drained pasta in a large bowl with shrimp, star fruit slices and cucumber strips, add salad dressing, mix and serve in bowls.
