Salt and freshly ground pepper
500 grams Oyster mushrooms
garlic clove and onions (1 of each)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 bunch parsley
100 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, according to the package directions.

Clean and chop the oyster mushrooms and chop. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Cook the onion and garlic until golden. Add the oyster mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Drain the pasta. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, then mix in the creme fraiche and parsley. Mix the mushrooms with the pasta and serve.
