Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

In the meantime, cut the pancetta into strips. Rinse the arugula, spin dry, and tear leaves into bite size pieces.

3.

Peel the garlic and finely chop. Pick apart the crab meat. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the bread crumbs in it until golden brown. Remove the bread crumbs from the pan and set aside. Saute the garlic, pancetta and crab meat in the remaining oil for 1-2 minutes, then deglaze the pan with white wine.

4.

Drain the pasta and mix with the arugula and the crabmeat. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and garnish with the breadcrumbs.
