- 30 grams Dark chocolate
- 80 grams Ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 100 grams Strawberries
- 2 Whole wheat buns

Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop the chocolate. In a bowl, stir together the ricotta, orange juice and honey until well combined and stir in the chocolate chips.
2.
Rinse, hull and thinly slice the strawberries.
3.
Cut the rolls in half. Divide the ricotta mixture among the 4 halves and top each halve with sliced strawberries.
