- ⅔ cup plain low-fat Yogurt
- 2 tsps ground cilantro
- ½ tsp Chili flakes
- 1 lemon (finely grated zest and juice)
- 3 Tbsps Orange juice

- 18 ozs firm, white fish fillets (cut into large pieces)

If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.
Preparation steps
1.
Whisk together all the ingredients, except the fish until blended. Add the fish and toss well to coat. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat the grill.

Thread the fish onto skewers and brush with the marinade.
4.
Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade from time to time, until the fish is opaque and cooked.
