- 400 grams fish fillets (such as salmon, pangasius, monkfish)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 whisked egg
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 dried parsley
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce

- 50 grams Lettuce (as desired)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Preparation steps

Mix the sesame seeds well with dried parsley, ginger and pepper.

Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry and cut into cubes. Thread on 4 skewers and turn in whisked egg mixture. Sprinkle the sesame seed mixture over the fish, press lightly and cook hot oil on all sides for a total of about 8 minutes. Finally, brush with the honey and soy sauce, rotate in the pan and remove the skewer from the pan.

Rinse, trim and cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with lemon juice and sesame oil. Serve the fish skewers on top.
