- 150 milliliters milk
- 250 grams Pastry flour (1050 type)
- 1 cube Yeast about 42 grams (approximately 1.5 ounces)
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- Pastry flour (to work)
- 100 grams Granola (unsweetened)
- 2 Tbsps milk (for brushing)
- 50 grams polynuclear Oats
Preparation steps

Heat the milk to lukewarm. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in the milk. Sift the flour into a bowl and add in the egg, salt and yeast milk. Knead into a dough, cover with a kitchen towel and let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough on a floured surface and work in the granola. The dough should be soft and supple. Divide it into 7 equal portions and shape them into rolls. Brush with milk and sprinkle with rolled oats.

Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover and let rest about 20 minutes.
4.
Preheat the oven to 160°C convection (approximately 320°F). Bake about 30 minutes until golden brown.
