Nutritional values

The refreshing texture and flavor of watermelon tastes great on a hot summer day, and is also rich in various nutrients including potassium and lycopene. Potassium stimulates kidney function, while the lycopene is a powerful antioxidant.

A handful of sunflower seeds adds a little more bite and texture to this salad, and is also a good source of vegetable protein.
