8 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 bunch Sorrel

6 thinly sliced, toasted white bread

Preparation steps

For the salad: Rinse the watercress and shake dry. In a bowl, whisk the vinegar with the oil and pinch of sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse the sorrel and shake dry. In a bowl, toss the watercress and sorrel together. Drizzle the oil mixture overtop and toss to coat.

3.

For serving: Serve with the toasted bread slices and serve immediately. Garnish with watercress flowers if desired.
