- ½ tsp Mustard (medium-hot)
- 1 tsp honey
- 6 Tbsps Canola oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices Smoked salmon
- 4 Nasturtium (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and shake watercress dry. To make vinaigrette: Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, honey and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Divide watercress and smoked salmon among plates, drizzle with vinaigrette and garnish with flowers. Serve with fresh white bread, if desired.
