Nutritional values

The grapefruits with their bitter substances curb the appetite and ensure a lively metabolism. The avocado has an anti-inflammatory effect due to its unsaturated fatty acids and lowers blood pressure due to its potassium.

For even more unsaturated fatty acids, use linseed oil instead of olive oil.
