Nutritional values
The fruit juices in this virgin drink are full of vitamin C and thus boost our immune system.
The salt at the edge of the glass makes a surprising contrast to the acidity of the fruit and should not be forgotten.

Kitchen utensils
Preparation steps
Squeeze 2.5 limes and oranges. Cut the remaining lime into slices.
Put juices and sugar beet syrup, or your chosen substitute, into a blender and mix at high speed. Then add about 12 ice cubes and mix again for a few seconds. There should still be pieces of ice (crushed ice).
Moisten cocktail glasses with a slice of lime, put salt in a plate and press the glasses into the salt to create a salt rim.
Fill Margarita into cocktail glasses and garnish with slices of lime. If necessary, add remaining ice cubes to the drink.
