3 Tbsps Fleur de sel (substitute flaky kosher salt)

1 Citrus juicer, 1 Blender, 2 Glasses

Preparation steps

1.

Squeeze 2.5 limes and oranges. Cut the remaining lime into slices.

Put juices and sugar beet syrup, or your chosen substitute, into a blender and mix at high speed. Then add about 12 ice cubes and mix again for a few seconds. There should still be pieces of ice (crushed ice).

3.

Moisten cocktail glasses with a slice of lime, put salt in a plate and press the glasses into the salt to create a salt rim.

4.

Fill Margarita into cocktail glasses and garnish with slices of lime. If necessary, add remaining ice cubes to the drink.
