4 Whole-wheat tortillas
2 Avocados
1 lemon (juice)
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
150 grams mixed Sprout (such as soybean, alfalfa, radish sprouts)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Warm toritillas in a 250°C preheated oven (Approximately 475°C) for a few minutes.

2.

Peel avocado, cut in half, remove pit, cut the flesh into thin slices and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

3.

Spread a little mayonnaise in the center of tortillas, cover with avocado and sprouts, and season with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.  Roll tortillas. To serve, cut in half diagonally.
