- 8 ozs Corn
- 1 handful Cress
- 4 ozs grated Gouda
- 3 ½ ozs Sour cream
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Sandwich wraps

Preparation steps
1.
Trim and finely dice the peppers. Drain the corn, and finely chop half of it. Rinse and dry the watercress.
2.
Mix all the prepared ingredients with the grated cheese and the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the vegetable mixture onto the wraps. Roll up the wraps, and serve.
