- For the skewers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- salt
- 300 grams lamb
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 small onions
- 16 Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Mix oil, thyme, paprika and salt.

Cut lamb into thin strips. Rinse and chop zucchini to bite sizes. Peel onions and chop each into 8 pieces.

Rinse tomatoes. Wrap lamb strips around zucchini cubes and alternate sticking on wooden skewers with onion wedges and tomatoes. Place the skewers in a buttered baking dish and brush with marinade. Bake in middle of oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15–20 minutes. Serve hot.
