- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ handful cilantro
- 60 milliliters olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pc Cinnamon stick

- 600 grams lamb (from the leg)
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- salt

Preparation steps

Peel and halve garlic. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Whisk oil with vinegar, garlic, cinnamon and cilantro, season with pepper.

Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Coat with marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, better overnight.

Peel onion, halved and cut into large cubes. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into large cubes.

Remove meat from the marinade and thread on skewers, alternating with vegetables.

Heat grill pan and grill skewers for about 6-8 minutes, turning often.

Arrange on plates and season with salt. If desired, serve with flatbread and tzatziki.
