- Ingredients
- 500 grams Lamb loin
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Red wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt (and pepper)
- 250 grams small Chestnut mushroom
- 2 green Bell pepper
- 2 onions
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lamb, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel and press garlic. In a bowl, whisk the oil with the red wine and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the lamb in a bowl and cover with the vinegar mixture. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
2.
Remove the lamb from the marinade and pat dry. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems. Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove core and white ribs, and chop into bite-size pieces. Peel and quarter onions.
3.
Thread the meat and vegetables on skewers, alternating between the lamb, mushrooms, belle peppers and onion. Brush with the remaining marinade. Cook on a preheated grill until cooked, about 8 minutes.
