1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
200 grams Snow peas
200 grams Oyster mushrooms
100 grams Spinach
100 grams Corn kernel (canned)
4 scallions
1 red Bell pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Rice wine
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
600 grams cooked Rice (300 grams uncooked)
salt

Preparation steps

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown, then set aside. Rinse and dry the snow peas and cut in half diagonally. Trim the oyster mushrooms and cut into strips. Rinse the spinach, remove the stems and dry. Drain the corn kernels well.

Rinse and trim the scallions and cut the white and light green part into rings. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan or a wok. Add the snow peas, oyster mushrooms, spinach, peppers and scallions and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the rice wine, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the corn and rice and season with salt. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
